Frequently Asked Questions

As a newer product on the market, we're often asked if our hangers are safe for nitrocellulose finish guitars. While we can't offer an unconditional guarantee on any markings, as many factors can affect the instruments finish; cleaners used, quality of finish and proper cure time, we are confident we have sourced high quality materials to avoid to the best of our ability markings on your instrument.

To further ensure your fine instrument stays safe, we tested multiple guitars from new premium acoustics and electrics from top manufacturers and custom builders for extended periods of time. Every headstock featured on our site was in our test group without issue. While this was limited to roughly a dozen guitars over a 12 month period prior to launching our site, heat, humidity, long hours of direct sunlight all can have an effect on an instruments finish.

Like you, we are passionate about the guitar and have been playing and collecting for over thirty years. We have done everything in our power to ensure the quality of materials used to manufacture, for both structural integrity and safety for the instruments was tested to bring to you a product we are proud to stand behind.

That said, there is nothing wrong with continuing to store your guitar in its case... we won't be offended.
